In 1997 our family (the Else's) took over Cameron's Butchers in Stalbridge, North Dorset… and we've been there ever since!
This famous Dorset Butchers was established by my father Roger Else and Michael Cameron. It very quickly became the flag ship butchery for Dorset.
The shop is still family run by myself (Julian) and Heidi, plus full time butcher Fabio, who ensure that all our meat is trimmed to a very high standard.
When you buy any product from us you get the best! – no watery mince, no extra basting fat or grissle. We only source quality local meat and we hand make as much as we can, sausages, pies, quiches, and pasties. We are particularly proud of our homemade sausages, pies, faggots & beefburgers!
